Not all verifications needed have a corresponding data collection page/record. Use the Add button from the Verification List page to create additional pending verifications.
Access the case through Person Search or enter the Case Number in the quick search field from Task Navigation and click Go. The Case Summary page displays.
Select Eligibility from Global Navigation. Select Customer Information from Local Navigation. Select Verifications from Task Navigation. The Verification List page displays. The Program Type defaults to Non-Medical.
Click the Add button. The Verification Detail page displays.
Select a verification Type from the drop-down menu.
Select the consumer Name from the drop-down menu.
Select a Status from the drop-down menu.
If needed, select a value from the Postponed for Expedited Services drop-down menu.
Select a Program from the drop-down menu.
Enter a date in the Request Date using the <mm/dd/yyyy> format or the calendar icon. Note: If adding a verification to allow for “reasonable opportunity” for TANF or child care, set the Request Date to 10 days prior to the 3 month due date. This will generate the “Verification Not Received” task at the correct time.
Enter a date in the Due Date using the <mm/dd/yyyy> format or the calendar icon. Note: If adding a verification to allow for “reasonable opportunity” for TANF or child care, set the Due Date to 3 months from the date the case is processed.
If needed, enter a Description in the text box.

Click the Save and Return button to save any changes or the Cancel button to leave the page without the verification record. The Verification List page displays.
