Adding a Verification Record
Not all verifications needed have a corresponding data collection page/record. These must be added manually from the Verification List page to create additional pending verifications.
To add a verification record:
- Access the case through Person Search or enter the Case Number in the quick search field from Task Navigation and click Go. The Case Summary page displays.
- Select Eligibility from Global Navigation. Select Customer Information from Local Navigation. Select Verifications from Task Navigation. The Verification List page displays.
- Select LIEAP from the Program Type drop-down menu in the Search Results Summary section.
- Click the Add button. The Verification Detail page displays.
- Select a verification Type from the drop-down menu.
- Select the consumer Name from the drop-down menu.
- Select Pending from the Status drop-down menu.
- Select LIEAP from the Program drop-down menu.
- Enter a date in the Request Date using the <mm/dd/yyyy> format or the calendar icon.
- Enter a date in the Due Date using the <mm/dd/yyyy> format or the calendar icon.
- If needed, enter a Description in the text box.
- Click the Save and Return button to save any changes or the Cancel button to leave the page without saving the verification record. The Verification List page displays.
