The Address Error Detail page is accessed using the Address Error List page. See Address Error List Page - TOP for more information on navigating to the Address Error Detail page. The Address Error Detail page allows a user to update the TOP Case Detail with new information and displays various error codes received from FNS.
The Address Error Detail page displays the following values:
The case number associated to the TOP Claim
The claim number associated to the TOP Claim
Error Code Description:
02: Match is made on Social Security Number but not on name.
03: The social security number and name on the record submitted could not be found.
04: No match was made because the social security number may be invalid based on the profile of numbers assigned by the Social Security Administration.
07: Match was made on social security number to an individual reported to Social Security Administration as deceased.
The name of the Primary Applicant on the case
The Social Security Number of the Responsible Person
The address from the Contact Summary page in KEES
The address received from FNS for the consumer
Accept State Address – address is accepted with a source of “K”
Accept FNS Address – address is accepted with a source of “F”
Request New Address—address is not added
Delete Address Error—address error record is deleted
Select an action by clicking the corresponding radio button.
NOTE: When the Request New Address radio button is selected the First Name, Last Name, and SSN text boxes display as well as a Change Name or SSN check box.
Click the Submit button. The Address Error List page displays.
