Select Services from the Global Navigation. Select Supportive Services from Local Navigation. The Service Arrangements List page displays.
Click the Edit button. The Service Arrangement Detail page displays.
Select Cancelled from the Status drop-down menu in the Status History section.
Select Erroneous entry from the Status Reason drop-down menu in the Status History section.
In the Status History section, enter the Status Date using the <mm/dd/yyyy> format or the calendar icon.
Click the Save and Return button. The Service Arrangements List page displays.
