Contact Log Report
The Contact Log Report provides data collected from the Contact Log in KEES.
This report should be run as needed.

To access this Shared Management report:
- Select Reports from Global Navigation. The Local Navigation defaults to On Request and the Report Search page displays.
- Select Shared Management from Task Navigation. The Report Search page displays the list of available Data View reports and a description of each report.
- Click the Report Name hyperlink for Contact Log Report. The Report Parameters page displays.
- On the Report Parameters page, complete the parameter values as follows:
- Enter the Begin Date* using the <mm/dd/yyyy> format or the calendar icon.
- Enter the End Date* using the <mm/dd/yyyy> format or the calendar icon.
- Enter the Region Code, and/or Office Location, as needed to limit the amount of returned data.
- Select Excel or CSV from the Report Format* drop-down menu.
NOTE: CSV can open in Notepad or Excel. Select CSV if the report is for a wide date range. Excel is limited in the number of results it can contain and will all if the results exceed 65,000 records.
- Click the OK button.
NOTE: Reports can take some time to generate and do not indicate they are running after clicking the OK button.
- A window displays when the report is generated. The user can open the report locally, save the report, or cancel the file download.
