When entering information on the FA Pre Authorization Summary and FA Pre Authorization Detail pages, the user may receive a “warning” message when trying to complete an action. All Warnings on these Pages will be Hard Warnings.
A hard warning requires the user to review and update the case data or take a different action. Hard warnings do not allow the user to move on until the issue is resolved. Examples of hard warnings:
Warning: Error! From – Valid Range is Min:01/01/1900 – max:12/31/9999
Action Needed: Add Date from Proper Range and Enter into From Range on the FA Pre Authorization Summary page.
Warning: Error! To – Valid Range is Min:01/01/1900 – max:12/31/9999
Action Needed: Add Date from Proper Range and Enter into To Range on the FA Pre Authorization Summary page.
Warning: Error! To – Date must be after From Date
Action Needed: Add Date after From date into To field on the FA Pre Authorization Summary page.
Warning: Error! Begin Date – Field Is Required. Enter A Value.
Action Needed: Enter Valid date into Begin Date field on the FA Pre-Authorization page.
Warning: Error! Begin Date – Valid Range is min:01/01/1900 – max: 12/31/9999.
