For FOOD ASSISTANCE, along with the two change requirements listed above you are also required to report the following change within the first 10 days of the month following the month the change occurs.
-If a member of your household wins substantial lottery or gambling winnings which are equal to or greater than $4,500 before taxes or other amounts that are withheld.

Para ASISTENCIA ALIMENTARIA, junto con los dos requisitos de cambio indicados arriba, también se requiere que usted reporte el siguiente cambio dentro de los primeros 10 días del mes siguiente al mes en que ocurre el cambio.
-Si un miembro del grupo familiar gana un monto substancial en la lotería o en juegos de apuesta que sea igual o superior a $4,500 antes de impuestos o de otros montos retenidos.
When Used: When sending and approval notice for a categorically eligible Food Assistance household
Special Instructions: Append the Approval NOA
You must tell us if your household's TOTAL monthly gross income goes over <variable = gross income limit for household size*>. This includes income from work AND from other income sources like child support, SSI, Social Security disability or retirement benefits, and unemployment compensation. Gross income means all earned and other income. This is the amount before taxes, garnishments, and other deductions.
If your household has a person who is age 18 through 64 and working you must tell us when the person’s work hours become less than 20 hours per week.

Debe decirnos si los ingresos brutos mensuales totales de su grupo familiar superan los <variable = gross income limit for household size*>. Esto incluye ingresos del trabajo Y de otras fuentes de ingresos, como manutención de menores, SSI, beneficios por jubilación o discapacidad del Seguro Social, e indemnización por desempleo. “Ingresos brutos” significa todos los ingresos ganados y otros. Este es el importe antes de los impuestos, de embargos salariales y de otras deducciones.
Si en su grupo familiar hay una persona que tenga entre 18 y 64 años inclusive que trabaje, debe decirnos cuando la cantidad de horas de trabajo de la persona baje a menos de 20 horas por semana
