KDHE Management reports provide information related to Clearinghouse managed Medical programs. KDHE Management reports in KEES include:

Pregnant Women Member Count | Shows the number of pregnant women receiving major aid code coverage for the report month |
Post Presumptive Eligibility Comparison | Measures the volume of all members who were approved for Presumptive Eligibility |
Presumptive Eligibility Listing (P2) | Provides a listing of all Presumptive Eligibility applications captured within KEES |
Presumptive Eligibility Summary | Provides summary counts of Presumptive Eligibility applications received |
TXXI Member Count | Provides Title XXI member counts by gender and age group |

Review Run Output Report | Identifies the cases, programs and persons whose Review Type has been determined and action is required |

Pending Applications Without Current Task | A list of all incomplete applications that have not task ever associated or all tasks have been completed/expired/void |
Pending Reviews Without Current Task | A list of all incomplete reviews that have received and have no tasks at all or tasks which are completed/expired/void |
Select Reports from Global Navigation. The Local Navigation defaults to On Request and the Report Search page displays.
Select KDHE Management from Task Navigation to display the list of available KDHE Management reports and a description of each report.
Click the report name hyperlink to access the report the user wants to view. The Report Parameters page displays.
The Report Parameters page fields are dynamic based on the name of the report selected in STEP 3. Enter all required information and any optional additional information to limit results.
Select Excel or CSV from the Report Format drop-down menu.
NOTE: CSV opens in Notepad. Select CSV if the report is for a wide date range. Excel is limited in the number of results it can contain.
Click the OK button.
NOTE: Reports can take some time to generate and do not indicate they are running after clicking the OK button.
A window displays when the report is generated. The user can open the report locally, save the report, or cancel the file download.
