LIEAP Detail - Priority Application, LIEAP Citizenship and LIEAP Disability

1. Select View Details on the LIEAP Program Block from the Case Summary page. The LIEAP Detail page displays.

2. Click the Edit button to make the LIEAP Detail page editable.

3. In the Program Information block the Priority Application defaults to NO:

   • If the application is not a Priority. Skip to Step 4.

   • If the application is a Priority complete the following:

     • Select a Priority from the Priority Application value.

     • Select a reason from the Expedited Reason value.

4. In the Program Persons block:

   • Click the Edit button next to each Program Person.

   • The LIEAP Person Details displays.

     • Select a value from LIEAP Citizenship.

     • Select a value from Disability Indicator.

     • Click the Save and Return button. The LIEAP Detail page displays.

NOTE: Each LIEAP Program Person must have the LIEAP Person Detail completed.

5. Click the Save and Return button. The Case Summary page displays.
