MR600 Cash and Food Assistance Detailed Report

The MR600 Cash and Food Assistance Detailed Report is an annual report that provides unduplicated program, case and recipient benefit summary data for the state fiscal year by region and county.

This report should be run as needed.

To access this DCF Management report:

1. Select Reports from Global Navigation. The Local Navigation defaults to On Request and the Report Search page displays.
2. Select DCF Management from Task Navigation to display the list of available Data View reports and a description of each report.
3. Click the Report Name hyperlink for MR600 Cash and Food Assistance Detailed Report. The Report Parameters page displays.
4. On the Report Parameters page, complete the parameter values as follows:
   1. Enter the Begin Month* using the <mm/dd/yyyy> format or the calendar icon.         
   2. Enter the End Month* using the <mm/dd/yyyy> format or the calendar icon.       
   3. Enter the Region, and/or County as needed to limit the amount of returned data
5. Select CSV from the Report Format* drop-down menu.

NOTE: CSV can open in Notepad or Excel. Select CSV if the report is for a wide date range. Excel is limited in the number of results it can contain and will all if the results exceed 65,000 records.`              

6. Click the OK button.

NOTE: Reports can take some time to generate and do not indicate they are running after clicking the OK button.

7. A window displays when the report is generated. The user can open the report locally, save the report, or cancel the file download.
