When a consumer submits an application, they are given the opportunity to state if they would like to register to vote. For paper applications, their response must be manually entered into KEES.
To Manually Add a Voter Registration Record:
Navigate to the Case Summary page.
Select Voter Registration from Task Navigation. The Voter Registration Summary page displays.
Click the Add button. The Voter Registration Detail page displays.
Select the appropriate consumer from the Name drop-down menu.
Enter the application date in the Register Date field using the <mm/dd/yyyy> format or calendar icon.
Select the appropriate value from the Register drop-down menu.
NOTE: If either No Response or Yes is the selected value, a Method drop-down menu dynamically displays. Select the appropriate value from the Method drop-down menu.
Select the Request Source from the drop-down menu.
Click the Save and Return button. The Voter Registration Summary page displays.
