There are several warnings that may display when running a NAC Query or attempting to submit Match Action information to the NAC.
Hard Warning: Error! Duplicate Participation Query – You are not eligible to perform this query. At least one person must be on a SNAP program block with an active or pending status.
Action Needed: Verify the appropriate clients have been added to the FA program block and that they have the correct status.
Hard Warning: Error! Duplicate Participation Query – [client name] cannot be sent. SSN is not verified.
Action Needed: Verify that only the only checkbox(es) selected are for client(s) with an verified SSN per NAC guidelines.
NOTE: A query can only be submitted for a client that has a NAC verified SSN, if needed set a task 5 business days out to check Individual Demographics for updated SSN verification.
Warning: Error! Select Action - Select at least one action to Submit to NAC.
Action Needed: Complete the appropriate Match Action information.
Warning: Error! Invalid Match Reason is required. Select a reason.
Action Needed: Select an Invalid Match Reason from the drop-down menu.
Warning: Error! Other Reason is required. Enter a reason.
Action Needed: Enter appropriate information in the Other Reason text-box.
NOTE: Personal Identifying Information (PII) should never be entered in the Other Reason text box as the data in this field is not encrypted when sent to the NAC.
Warning: Error! Date of Initial Action is required. Enter a date.
Action Needed: Enter the Initial Action Date.
Warning: Error! Initial Action Date cannot be before <insert match date>. Enter a valid date.
Action Needed: Enter an Initial Action Date that is after the Match Creation Date, as initial action cannot be taken prior to the match being found.
Warning: Error! Date of Final Disposition is required. Enter a date.
Action Needed: Enter the Final Disposition Date.
Warning: Error! Initial Action Taken – Initial Action Taken is required because a Final Disposition has been selected.
Action Needed: Ensure initial action is taken on the match and complete the Initial Action Taken and Initial Action Date fields.
NOTE: Initial Action must be taken prior to recording a Final Disposition.
Warning: Error! Final Disposition Date – Benefits End Date is required. Enter a date.
Action Needed: Enter the Benefits End Date as the last day of the last month benefits were received.
Warning: Error! Final Disposition Date – Benefits Start Date is required. Enter a date.
Action Needed: Enter the Benefits Start Date as the first of the month that benefits will start.
