No SSN for Primary Applicant

When Used: This is optional text that can be used when DCF does not have a SSN for the Primary Applicant and an EBT password needs to be set up.

In order to set up your EBT card, since we do not have *NAME’*s social security number, we will need to set up an EBT password. Please contact the office listed below for help setting up your EBT password.
