The Parent Schedule List page captures the schedules based on activity or need for the parent/caretaker (persons with care and control) and the caretaker's spouse/cohabiting partner on the Child Care program. The schedule should be entered as verified, adjustments should not be made based on travel time or a 3-hour minimum requirement from the provider. A separate schedule should be completed for each employment or activity of the parent/caretaker.
NOTE: If the spouse/cohabiting partner of a caretaker (not of a biological parent) is not able to care for the child(ren) the Parent Schedule entered should reflect only the caretaker's schedule.
For example, if the parent/caretaker attends school on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM and works on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM, there should be two different schedules completed; one schedule for the time at school and one schedule for the work hours.
