Potential Employment Violation Disqualification

If a consumer is determined to have a Potential Employment Violation Disqualification, the user must create the Non-Compliance record on the Non-Compliance List page before running EDBC.  Please see Non-Financial Data Collection Non-Compliance for more information on completing this page.

 FA and/or TANF Applicant Potential Employment Violation Disqualification

If a FA and/or TANF Applicant has a Potential Employment Violation disqualification, a ‘Potential Employment' Type with a Reason of 'Violation’ non-compliance record must be created using the first day of the application month as the Begin Date and no End Date.

TANF Recipient Potential Employment Disqualification

If a TANF Recipient has a potential employment disqualification, a ‘Potential Employment' Type with a Reason of 'Violation’ non-compliance record must be created using the first day of the applicable month, allowing for Timely and Adequate Notice as the Begin Date.  The End Date is set by KEES based on the tiered Reason. Enter the Override End Date as the last day of the disqualification month based on the tiered disqualification period. In the Comments text box enter the disqualification tier and length.  For example, W1-3 month, W2-6 months, W3-1 year, W4-10 years, W4+-10 years as appropriate.

FA Recipient Potential Employment Violation Disqualification

If a FA  Recipient has a potential employment violation disqualification, a ‘Potential Employment' Type with a Reason of 'Violation’' non-compliance record must be created using the first day of the application month or first day of the applicable month, allowing for Timely and Adequate Notice as the Begin Date.  Enter the Override End Date as the last day of the disqualification month based on the tiered violation disqualification period. In the Comments text box enter the violation disqualification tier and length.  For example, W1-3 month, W2-6 months, W3-1 year as appropriate.
