Follow these steps to reassign an entire caseload. The transfer process is not complete until the nightly batch runs. Tasks assigned to the worker ID are not transferred to the new Worker ID when reassigning the caseload. Tasks should be searched for on the Task Inventory page using the Status of Assigned and the previous Worker ID. The worker may use their discretion deciding if they want to reassign the tasks or just work them directly from the queue.
Select Admin Tools from Global Navigation. Select Workload Assignment from Local Navigation. The Workload Reassignment Detail page displays.
Under From:
Select the Worker ID radio button.
Click the Select button. The Select Worker page displays.
Enter the Worker ID. See the Worker ID Code Table if necessary.
Click the Search button.
Select the Worker ID by clicking the radio button.
Click the Select button. The Workload Reassignment Detail page displays.
In the Reassign Quantity section, select the radio button for Entire Workload.
NOTE: To transfer a specific program from the caseload, make a selection from the Program drop-down menu. Only one program may be selected at a time. If multiple programs need to be reassigned from the caseload, repeat the process for each program.
Under To:
The radio button for Worker ID is auto-selected.
Click the Select button to choose the Worker ID number to which the caseload is being assigned. The Select Worker page displays.
Enter the Worker ID as applicable. See the Worker ID Code Table.
Click the Search button.
Select the Worker ID by clicking the radio button.
Click the Select button. The Workload Reassignment Detail page displays.
NOTE: To remove a Worker ID, select the check box next to the Worker ID and click the Remove button.
In the Effective Date section:
Select the Immediate Assignment radio button OR
Select the Effective Date radio button for a future date and enter the date using the <mm/dd/yyyy> format or the calendar icon.
Verify the Automatically Reassign When Activated drop-down menu displays Yes.
Click the Reassign button. The Workload Reassignment Confirmation List page displays.
Click the Confirm button. The Workload Reassignment Detail page displays.
NOTE: The caseload reassignment displays on the Pending Workload Assignments List page until the nightly batch runs. A user can cancel the caseload reassignment prior to the nightly batch by clicking the check box for the transfer and clicking the Remove button.
