Scheduled Workload

Scheduled Workload reports contain information that can be utilized by staff. Workload reports include:

FAE&T Report Provides the names and contact information to the FAET contractor On a weekly basis on every Monday  
Unprocessed Review/IR/12 Month Report Assist workers in processing reviews that closed before they were processed    
TANF Monthly Sample Selection for Staff List of TANF cases selected for the TANF Monthly Sample pull On a Monthly basis  
Unprocessed Review IR 12 Month DCF Suspended Report Provides the list of programs that have been discontinued through Auto Closure but the review has been received The end of every month  
All Discontinuances Provides staff with a listing of all persons discontinued from benefits during the Reporting Period On the 1st of every month  
Skipped Issuances Provides a breakdown of Skipped Issuances and the Skipped Issuance reasons On a daily basis 90 days

To Access a Scheduled Workload Report:

  1. Select Reports from Global Navigation. The Local Navigation defaults to On Request and the Report Search page displays.

  2. Select Scheduled from Local Navigation. The Scheduled Report page displays.

  3. Select Workload from Task Navigation to display the list of available Data View reports and a description of each report.

  4. Click the report name hyperlink to access the report the user wants to view.  The Scheduled Report Detail page displays.

  5. The Scheduled Report Detail page fields are dynamic based on the name of the report selected in STEP 4. Enter all required information and any optional additional information to limit results. Click the Search button.

  6. The screen automatically loads and displays a descended list of Report Run Dates for the designated report.

  7. Click the Report Run Date hyperlink to access the report the user wants to view. The report displays in the pre-determined format of either Excel or CSV.

NOTE: CSV opens in Notepad. Excel is limited in the number of results it can contain.

  1. A window displays when the report is generated. The user can open the report locally, save the report, or cancel the file download.
