Searching for an e-Application - LIEAP

Locating all LIEAP e-Applications by LIEAP Service Center:

1. Click the KEES Logo to reset.
2. Select Case Info from Global Navigation.  Select e-Tools from Local Navigation.  
3. The e-Application Search page displays.
4. Select an e-App Status from the drop-down menu.
5. If desired, select a value from the Expedited Services drop-down menu.
6. Select the e-Application check box below Type.
7. Select SSP Non-Medical from the e-App Source drop-down menu.
8. Select Assigned Worker from the Search By drop-down menu. Enter the LIEAP Service Center Ghost Worker ID in the Assigned Worker ID field. 
9. Click the Search button.  The Search Results display.
10. Click the e-App Number hyperlink.  The e-App Summary page displays.

NOTE: The user may also click the Case Number hyperlink to access the Case Summary page.

Locating a LIEAP e-Application by name or SSN:

1. Click the KEES Logo to reset.
2. Select Case Info from Global Navigation.  Select e-Tools from Local Navigation.
3. The e-Application Search page displays.
4. Select an e-App Status from the drop-down menu.
5. Select the e-Application check box below Type.
6. Select SSP Non-Medical from the e-App Source drop-down menu.
7. Select the carat next to Advanced Search, search using Last Name, First Name, and SSN.
8. Click the Search button.  The Search Results display.
9. Click the e-App Number hyperlink.  The e-App Summary page displays.

NOTE: The user may also click the Case Number hyperlink to access the Case Summary page.
