Searching for an e-Application - Non-Medical

Locating an e-Application:

  1. Click the KEES Logo.  The KEES Home Page displays.

  2. Select Case Info from Global Navigation.  The Person Search page displays.

  3. Select e-Tools from Local Navigation.  The e-Application Search page displays.

  4. Select an e-App Status from the drop-down menu.

  5. If known, enter the e-App Number.

  6. Select SSP Non-Medical from the e-App Source drop-down menu.

  7. If desired, select a value from the Expedited Services drop-down menu.

  8. If desired, select a value from the Priority drop-down menu.

  9. If known, select a e-App Language from the drop-down menu.

  10. Select a Type from the checkbox; more than one can be selected.

  11. If desired, the user may also search by Assigned Worker, Case, or Office using the Search By drop-down menu.

  12. If known, enter the Case Number and select the Search button.

  13. Using Advanced Search the user can search using Last Name, First Name, and SSN.

  14. When the desired criteria is entered, click the Search button.  The Search Results display.

  15. Click the e-App Number hyperlink.  The e-App Summary page displays.

NOTE:  The user may also click the Case Number hyperlink to access the Case Summary page.

 

When SSP end users submit information via the SSP they receive a Confirmation Number in their Message Center. 

To search by confirmation number while outside the context of a case:

  1. From the KEES home page select the Request ID radio button in Task Navigation.

  2. In the Request ID field enter the Confirmation Number to search.

  3. The Request Id Details page displays with search results. 

NOTE: The Case Number hyperlink will only display if the case has been registered.     

NOTE: Searching only returns an exact match.
