You have been approved to receive cash assistance beyond the 24-month time limit. Your current hardship extension is approved through MM/YYYY.
Please note: Cash Assistance is limited to 36 months in a lifetime. After that, no additional months can be approved, and your case will close.
You will receive a notice when your case closes.
You are required to continue to meeting eligibility requirements for the cash assistance program, including completing your review and cooperating with employment services and child support services.
You are required to report changes to your situation, including:
Change in the source of income (earned or unearned)
When the amount of earned income being counted increases or decreases by more than $100 per month.
When the amount of unearned income being counted increases or decreases by more than $50 per month.
Changes in household composition, including marriage, separation or divorce.
Changes in residence, including moving into or from an institution or hospital.
When resources reach or exceed $3,000.
