Contact KEES Business Support. They are responsible for fixing this issue in KEES and KAECSES if necessary.
Provide both Case Numbers and Client IDs.
Identify which Case Numbers and Client ID is displaying on MMIS.
Identify which Case Number should be used in KEES.
Enter a Journal of the information provided to the Help Desk.
Example: Two IDs and Case Numbers exist. Reported to Business Support. Case Number and ID to use is.
User can edit the application date in the program block.
Click View Details on the program block to access the program details.
Click the Edit button to make the page editable.
Click the Edit button located in the Program Begins On field. The Application Detail page displays.
Select Administrative Decision from the Change Reason drop-down menu.
Enter correct date in the Program Application Date field.
Enter Application Date and Beginning Date of Aid in the Person Information section.
NOTE: For Medical the Beginning Date of Aid is always the first of the month.
Click Save and Return twice. The new application date is displayed in the program block.
Select Case Info from Global Navigation and Worker Assignment from Local Navigation. The Pending Assignment List page displays. From this page the user can assign a worker to the program block. See Workload Assignment for more information.
On the Case Summary page, select Contact from Task Navigation. The Contact Summary page displays.
Click the Add button to enter a Mailing and Physical Address. Be sure to include the County Code. See Contact Summary for more information.
Users can edit incorrect information on the Individual Demographics page.
Access the case through Person Search or enter the Case Number in the Quick Search field from Task Navigation and click Go. The Case Summary page displays.
Select Individual Demographics from Task Navigation.
Complete the Alias Information sections with the incorrect information.
Enter the correct information in the respective fields.
Add an entry in the Journal describing what you changed.
NOTE: Verification values are required for some of these fields.
On the Case Summary page, select New Program from Task Navigation. See Add New Program.
Select the program from the drop-down menu and click the Go button. The New/Reapplication Detail page displays.
Enter the information and click Save and Return.
Complete the process to assign a worker.
Select Negative Action from Task Navigation.
Enter the Benefit Month for the unneeded program block.
Select Application Opened in Error from the Negative Action Reason drop-down menu.
Check the program block requiring closure and Run EDBC.
Accept and Save the EDBC.
Delete the NOA.
