If Perceptive Content Print Dialog box does not display after selecting the Capture Profile, the user may have inadvertently marked the check box 'Always use this profile'. This check box should NOT be selected. Contact KEES Help Desk to resolve.
When Imaging or IN-Printing a document, every image should be review for readability. If an image is not readable, adjustments may be needed. ONLY use the following steps if the image cannot be read when Imaged or IN-Printed per regular instructions.
• IN-Printing in Color
Click the File tab on the top left corner of the document then select Print from the menu.
Select the ImageNow Printer under the Printer drop-down menu.
Click Printer Properties under Printer. The ImageNow Printer Document Properties window opens.
On the Paper/Quality tab, click the radio button next to Color.
Click OK on the ImageNow Printer Document Properties window.
Click the Print button.
• Imaging Using Photo ID
Access Perceptive Content.
Select your Application Plan from the Perceptive Content toolbar.
Under Capture, select Photo ID. The Enter Received Date dialog box opens.
The date in the Enter Received Date dialog box defaults to the current date and can be manually changed if needed. Click the OK button.
On the Proposed Keys window, the Document Keys auto-populates with Case Number, Case Name, Received Date and Unique ID.
NOTE: The Case Number and Case Name auto-populate from the values on the Case Summary page. The Received Date also auto-populates based on the date entered in the Enter Received Date dialog box. The user can manually change the received date in the correct format (MM/DD/YYYY) on the Document Keys, if needed.
On the Proposed Keys window select your Document Type. See DCF Imaged Forms Desk Aid for guidance on Document Type selection.
Load all the consumer's documents into the scanner.
Enter any Notes as appropriate.
Verify the accuracy of the Document Keys.
Click the Capture button. The scanner invokes and scans the document(s). The imaged document opens in the Perceptive Content Viewer-Single Scan window.
Review the images of the documents for clarity.
Click the Save icon on the bottom of the Perceptive Content Viewer window. The Perceptive Content Viewer window closes.
Click on the Documents tab from the Perceptive Content Tool Bar. The Perceptive Content Explorer displays.
Use the left hand pane to scroll down to the KEES Registration Documents drawer and click on it to search within the drawer.
Change the search filter from Application ID to Last Name using the drop-down menu located at the top of the page.
Enter the applicant’s last name in the text box and click Go.
Double click on the images to view them in the Perceptive Content Viewer window.
NOTE: If Images do not display, check the Case Summary page to see if the application has been successfully registered.
Copy the Application ID from the Application ID field located under Document Keys.
Navigate to the Task Portlet on the KEES home page.
Click the View All button. The Task Inventory page displays.
Paste the Application ID into the App ID field and click the Search button. The search results display.
After submitting a document to the KEES Doc Reindex Queue, a user can check the progress of the document in the Perceptive Content Explorer.
Use Quick Search parameters to retrieve desired document.
In the Perceptive Content Explorer window, locate the document and check the far right column, Workflow Queue, to determine where the document is in the re-index process.
If the document is not progressing through the Workflow, contact the KEES Business Support Desk.
