Received to In Progress e-Application Status
When the e-App Status is Received, the steps below should be followed to update the status to In Progress.
1. From the Case Summary page, click on the e-App number hyperlink for the e-App that is in Received Status.
2. Click the Edit button on the e-Application Summary page.
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to the Assigned Worker Information section and click the Select button.
4. Enter the Ghost Worker ID for your office on the Select Worker page, then click the Search button. The Select Worker page re-displays with the Worker ID you entered.
5. Click the Select button. The e-Application Summary page displays and the worker assignment now shows.
6. Click the Save button. The e-Application Summary page re-displays with e-App Status of In Progress.
In Progress to Processed by Worker e-Application Status
When the e-App Status is In Progress, the steps below should be followed to update the status to Processed by Worker.
1. From the Case Summary page, click the e-App number hyperlink for the e-Application that is in a Status of In Progress.
2. Click the Edit button on the e-Application Summary page.
3. Select Processed by Worker from the e-App Status drop-down, then click the Save button.
4. The e-Application Summary page re-displays with e-App Status of Processed by Worker.
