Troubleshooting - Eligibility Determination

If results are incorrect, the user must determine why. The cause may be information not entered correctly on data collection pages. Check all information has been entered on data collection pages.

The Individual Eligibility Criteria page can also be a useful tool for troubleshooting EDBC results because it shows the information EDBC is using. This can help the user determine which pieces of information EDBC rules may or may not have for making an appropriate determination. See the Consumer Name Hyperlink section under Program Configuration for more information and directions on how to access the Individual Eligibility Criteria page.
