The Case Summary page displays basic information of a specific case.
Sections of the Case Summary page include:
Top Section:
Case Name.
Current Address.
Phone Number of the case head.
County of residence.
Companion Case:
Cases that may have common people.
Note: These cases are automatically linked by KEES every night when a person is the Primary Applicant on more than 1 case. However, companion cases can also be manually linked in other scenarios. Linking companion cases is not exclusive to the Primary Applicant. Companion cases can be viewed on the Case Summary page of any linked cases.
Case Applications:
App Number – When selecting the hyperlink number under the App Number, the Case Application Summary page displays.
Source – paper, phone, electronic, or walk-in.
Applicant Name.
Expedited Services – Yes or No.
Recertification/Renewal.
Application Date – the date the application was received.
App Status – In Progress, Processed, Processed by Worker, and Withdrawn by Worker.
Display:
Defaults to the most current system month <mm/dd/yyyy> format.
Calendar icon.
View button.
Note: Users can change the date by using the <mm/dd/yyy> format or the calendar icon. Click the View button. Changing the display date resets the eligibility information being displayed to reflect program information for the month the user entered.
Program Blocks:
Worker/Casebank.
Worker ID/Casebank ID.
Note: Worker ID determines which state agency or worker is responsible for that particular program and case.
Program Status – Pending, Active, or Discontinued.
Review Due Month – when review is due in <MM/YYYY> format.
Primary Applicant/Recipient.
Language.
Phone Number.
Payee or Authorized Representative.
Application Date – Date application was received.
Name – who is receiving benefits.
Note: Clicking the Name hyperlink from the Program block takes the user to the Medical History Page.
Requested Medical Type – Inmate, LTC, MAGI, Medical, PPS, Qualified Disabled Working Individual, Resource Assessment Only, or Working Healthy.
Review Month – when review is due in <MM/YYYY> format.
Reconsideration End Date – See Reconsideration Period for more information.
Relationship To Primary Applicant – Primary Applicant or Relationship chosen on the Relationship Detail page.
Role.
Role Reason.
Status – Pending, Active, or Discontinued.
Referred to FFM – Yes or No.
Note: Each Program Block has a unique identification number. This unique number is located at the top of the program block. The unique numbers allow users to determine case action on a specific program block when multiple program blocks exist on a single case.
All People Associated with the Case Section:
Note: All individuals who have ever been on the case will display in this section. It also displays:
Name.
DOB.
SSN.
Client IDs.
Household Status of specific individuals.
Note: Clicking the name hyperlink from this section takes the user to the Person View page.
ACSSP User Accounts:
Populates with the SSP (Self-Service Portal) User Name if they have an SSP account.
Name.
DOB.
SSN.
Role.
Linked.
SSP USER NAME.
Request ID Details:
Not Being Used.
