Case Summary Page

 

The Case Summary page displays basic information of a specific case.

 

Sections of the Case Summary page include:

 

 

Note: These cases are automatically linked by KEES every night when a person is the Primary Applicant on more than 1 case. However, companion cases can also be manually linked in other scenarios. Linking companion cases is not exclusive to the Primary Applicant. Companion cases can be viewed on the Case Summary page of any linked cases.

 

 

Note: Users can change the date by using the <mm/dd/yyy> format or the calendar icon. Click the View button. Changing the display date resets the eligibility information being displayed to reflect program information for the month the user entered.

 

 Note: Worker ID determines which state agency or worker is responsible for that particular program and case.

Note: Clicking the Name hyperlink from the Program block takes the user to the Medical History Page.

Note: Each Program Block has a unique identification number. This unique number is located at the top of the program block. The unique numbers allow users to determine case action on a specific program block when multiple program blocks exist on a single case.

 

Note: All individuals who have ever been on the case will display in this section.  It also displays:

Note: Clicking the name hyperlink from this section takes the user to the Person View page.

 

Populates with the SSP (Self-Service Portal) User Name if they have an SSP account.
