The Customer Options Detail page is used to indicate that a consumer does not want eligibility determined for a particular program. Rules use this record to exclude any indicated programs when EDBC is run. This page is also used to deny or discontinue a medical program when the consumer fails to meet their spenddown amount or is unlikely to meet their spenddown amount.
