If discontinuing ADAP coverage due to death, enter the Decease Date on the Individual Demographics Detail page and then proceed to STEP 1.
Select Case Summary from Local Navigation.
Select ADAP from Task Navigation. The ADAP Coverage List page displays.
Click the Edit button associated with the current coverage type.
Enter an End Date using the <mm/dd/yyyy> format or the calendar icon
NOTE: Use the decease date as the End Date if ending coverage due to death.
Click the Save and Return button.
Select Case Summary from Local Navigation.
Click the View Details button in the ADAP program block.
Click the Edit button in the Program Person section associated with the person who has coverage ending.
Select Discontinued from the Status drop-down menu.
Select Deceased or No Longer Receiving Aid from the Status Reason drop-down menu.
Click the Save and Return button.
On the ADAP Detail page in the Program Information section associated with the person who has coverage ending:
Select Discontinued from the Status drop-down menu.
Select Deceased or No Longer Receiving Aid from the Status Reason drop-down menu.
Click the Save and Return button.
