The following Defects were fixed and delivered in the 9/24/2017 build:
61157 - WP and FAET benefits not issued due to the case not found.
61018 - Primary Client ID not returned in Person Search once linked to a Secondary Client ID.
60870 - Person Search does not identify person as having a Duplicate ID.
61036 - Recoupment being made from multiple overpayment accounts.
