NOAs are generated in KEES when all eligibility information is entered, the user runs EDBC, and saves the EDBC result.
NOTE: Staff will need to create the NOA when EDBC is manually run or overridden.
Finalize the eligibility process by Running EDBC and clicking the Save and Continue button on the EDBC List page. The Distributed Documents Search page displays.
Click on the NOA hyperlink listed under the Document column.
Review the PDF version of the NOA for accuracy. If inaccurate complete Option 1, 2 or 3.
NOTE: When an active Medical consumer has a change to their case and the review due date, the NOA will reflect the updated RE Due date.
Option 1: Eligibility content is incorrect, follow Deleting Forms and NOAs to delete the incorrect NOA. Then return to the data collection pages to make corrections and re-run EDBC to correct the eligibility determination and generate a corrected NOA.
Option 2: The NOA cannot be corrected and a manual NOA needs to be generated in the shape of a form. See Manual NOA Generation for more information.
Option 3: If the NOA has missing information, scroll down to the bottom of the NOA. Users can add additional information in the Comment field.
Click the Save and Print Locally, or Save and Print Centrally button if the NOA is correct.
