If a program is pending with no Worker/Worker ID assigned, the user may assign a Worker within the context of a case.
Access the case through Person Search or enter the Case Number in the quick search field from Task Navigation and click Go.
Click Case Info from Global Navigation. Click Worker Assignment from Local Navigation. The Pending Assignment List page displays.
NOTE: Verify the Case Summary page displaying is for the month of application. If the display month is not the month of application, enter the correct month and click the View button. The page refreshes with information for the month entered.
Select the check box for the program(s) to be assigned. If needed, multiple programs can be selected at one time.
To complete auto assignment, click the Automatic Assignment radio button and proceed to STEP 6.
NOTE: Automatic Assignment assigns the program(s) to a ghost worker ID based on the consumer address, if the user wants to assign the program(s) to a specific worker ID, Manual Assignment should be completed.
To manually select the Worker ID, click the Manual Assignment radio button:
Click the Select button. The Select Worker page displays.
Enter the Worker ID as applicable. See the Worker ID Code Table.
Click the Search button.
Select the Worker ID by clicking the associated radio button.
Click the Select button. The Pending Assignment List page displays with the selected Worker ID under Assignment Options.
Verify the Automatically Reassign When Activated drop-down menu displays Yes.
Click Assign. The Case Summary page displays.
