The Case Summary page displays basic information of a specific case.
Sections of the Case Summary page include:
Images and Capture buttons are used for Imaging. See General Page Functionality for more information.
Top Section contains case name, current address, phone number of the case head and county of residence.
Companion Case displays cases that may have common people. These cases are automatically linked by KEES every night when a person is the Primary Applicant on more than 1 case. However, companion cases can also be manually linked in other scenarios. Companion cases can be viewed on the Case Summary page of any linked cases.
e-Applications lists applications received through the Medical and/or Non-Medical Self Service Portal (SSP), Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM), and Low Income Subsidy (LIS), as well as applications entered through the Worker Portal.
Display shows the benefit month the user is looking at and defaults to the most current system month. Users can change the date by editing and clicking the View button. Changing the display date resets the eligibility information being displayed to reflect program information for the date the user entered.
Program Blocks display the program details for each program on the case and include information such as program type, Worker ID, program status, review date, primary applicant/recipient, payee, Authorized Representative, application date, and who is receiving benefits. Worker ID determines which state agency or worker is responsible for that particular program and case. Clicking the name hyperlink from the Program block takes the user to the Person History for the benefit program.
NOTE: Each Program Block has a unique identification number. This unique number is located at the top of the program block. The unique numbers allow users to determine case action on a specific program block when multiple program blocks exist on a single case.
All People Associated with the Case section displays all individuals who have ever been on the case. It also displays DOB, SSN, Client IDs and the current Household Status of specific individuals. Clicking the name hyperlink from this section takes the user to the Person View page.
All SSP Users Linked To This Case section populates with the SSP Username if they have an SSP account for both the Medical and Non-Medical SSP.
Authorized Representative section displays all individuals who are Authorized Representatives currently affiliated with the case.
