Changes to KDHE Licensed and Child Care Centers Information:

Changes to KDHE Licensed and Child Care Centers are communicated through a task via the CLARIS Interface. Tasks are assigned to the Worker ID tied to the Resource in the RDB. Possible task names include:

If the KDHE License is revoked, expired, or suspend on an ‘Active’ service, KEES automatically updates that status to ‘Suspended’. If the KDHE License is revoked, expired, or suspended on a ‘Pending’ service, KEES automatically updates the status to ‘Closed’.

RDB Maintainer:

NOTE: When a Child Care Provider Service is closed, KEES automatically closes all associated child plans and sends the C506: Termination – Child Care Provider Agreement Ending via the Child Care Service Closed batch.
