Document Removal

  1. Access KEES.

  2. Navigate to the Case Summary page for the case associated to the documents to be removed.

    NOTE: The user can click the Images button on the Case Summary page in place of STEPS 3-7.

  3. Access Perceptive Content.

  4. Left click the drop-down caret next to the Documents button on the Perceptive Content toolbar then select KEES All Case Documents. The Perceptive Content Explorer window opens.

  5. Search and open the document the user wants to remove in the Perceptive Content Viewer window. See Retrieve Documents for detailed steps.

  6. Click the View tab on the top left side of the Perceptive Content Viewer window then select Forms from the drop-down menu or use the shortcut key F12. The KEES Indexing eForm displays.

  7. Designate the desired page(s) to delete in the Pages field. If the document is a single page, 1 of 1 defaults in the Pages field.

  8. Select the Mark for Delete check box.

  9. Click the eForm Submit button to remove the images.

  10. A pop up window stating “Are you sure you want to route this document forward in workflow to the KEES Doc Reindex Queue?” displays. Click the OK button.

  11. Close the Perceptive Content Viewer window.
