EDBC Benefit History

The Eligibility Determination and Benefit Calculation (EDBC) functional area is a rules engine that determines who should receive benefits and exactly what benefits they should receive. EDBC also provides a detailed display of the results, which help explain how EDBC rules determined the calculation.

To Access Benefit History:

  1. Log In to KEES.

  2. Complete Person Search or enter the Case Number in Task Navigation and click Go. The Case Summary page displays.

  3. Select Eligibility from Global Navigation.

  4. Select Customer Information from Local Navigation.

  5. Select EDBC Results from Task Navigation. The EDBC List page displays.

  6. Use the From and To fields to display a specific date range, using the <mm/dd/yyyy> format or the calendar icon, or take all dates out of the field to display an entire history of eligibility.

  7. Click the benefit program hyperlink to display the EDBC Summary page to view eligibility details for the benefit program.  See Read the Non- Medical EDBC Summary or Read the Medical EDBC Summary page for more information.
