Perceptive Content Printer for KEES RDB Provider Webpage

  1. Access KEES.

  2. Navigate to the Resource Detail page for the Provider associated to the documents.

    NOTE: The user must be on the Resource Detail page to auto-populate the Resource ID and the Resource Name in the following steps. Perceptive Content is not able to read the IP Address if the page is minimized and an error displays.

  3. Access Perceptive Content.

  4. Set the default Application Plan. See Setting RDB Default Application Plan for detailed steps.

  5. Set Package Mode as the default capture profile. See Setting Default Capture Profile for detailed steps.

  6. Open a new tab on the same webpage window and navigate to the page the user wants to image.

  7. Click the File tab on the top left corner of the webpage window or right click on the webpage then select Print from the drop-down menu. The Print dialog box displays.

  8. Select ImageNow Printer from the Select Printer menu.

  9. Click the Print button. The ImageNow Print window displays.

  10. Select the Capture Profile from the drop-down menu. See Perceptive Content Capture Profiles for assistance in selecting the correct In Printer Capture Profile.

  11. Before clicking OK on the ImageNow Print window, click on the tab of the window with the Resource Detail page open and click anywhere on the window then click ImageNow in the Windows toolbar to re-display the ImageNow Print dialog box.

  12. Click the OK button on the ImageNow Print window.

  13. The Enter Received Date dialog box displays. The date in the Enter Received Date dialog box defaults to the current date and can be manually changed if needed.

  14. Click the OK button.

  15. The Proposed Keys dialog box displays and is auto-populated with Provider ID, Provider Name, Received Date and Unique ID.

  16. Select the Office Location from the drop-down menu if needed. By leaving <Please select location> as the default, the office location associated with the user’s Worker ID is selected.

  17. Select the Document Type from the drop-down menu. See DCF Imaged Forms Desk Aid for guidance on Document Type selection.

  18. Click the Capture button. The Perceptive Content Viewer window opens displaying the document.

  19. Verify the accuracy of the Document Keys.

  20. Click the Submit icon on the bottom of the Perceptive Content Viewer window. The Perceptive Content Viewer window closes.
