Re-Index LIEAP Document Indexed to Incorrect Case or SSP Documents
Navigate to the Document to Re-index. See Retrieve Documents – LIEAP.
Navigate to the LIEAP Case Summary page for the LIEAP case to re-index the documents to.
Click the View tab on the top left side of the ImageNow Viewer window then select Forms from the drop-down menu or use the shortcut key F12. The KEES Indexing eForm displays.
Enter the Case Number to re-index documents to and press the Tab key. The Case Name auto-populates.
Update the Document Category and Doc Type if needed.
Click the eForm Submit button to assign the document to the correct LIEAP case.
A pop up window stating, “Are you sure you want to route this document forward in workflow to the KEES Doc Reindex Queue?” displays. Click the OK button.
Close the ImageNow Viewer window.
NOTE: The re-index function in KEES moves a document from one case to another or from the SSP Document Drawer to a KEES case.
Re-Index LIEAP Unknown or SSP Document to a LIEAP Case Name and Number
Navigate to the LIEAP Case Summary page for the case to re-index the LIEAP Unknown documents to.
Access document to re-index. See Retrieve Unknown Document - LIEAP for detailed steps.
Double click the document the user wants to view. The document opens in the ImageNow Viewer window.
Click the View tab on the top left side of the ImageNow Viewer window then select Forms from the drop-down menu or use the shortcut key F12. The KEES Indexing eForm displays.
Enter the Case Number and press the Tab key. The Case Name auto-populates.
Update the Document Category and Doc Type if needed.
Click the eForm Submit button to assign the document to the designated LIEAP case.
A pop up window stating, “Are you sure you want to route this document forward in workflow to the KEES Doc Reindex Queue?” displays. Click the OK button.
Close the ImageNow Viewer window
Update Document Category, Doc Type, Received Date
Use Quick Search parameters to retrieve desired document to re-index or use the Images button on the LIEAP Case Summary page.
Double click the document the user wants to view. The document opens in the ImageNow Viewer window.
Click the View tab on the top left side of the ImageNow Viewer window then select Forms from the drop-down menu or use the shortcut key F12. The KEES Indexing eForm displays.
Update the Document Category, Doc Type, and/or Received Date as needed.
Click the eForm Submit button.

Close the ImageNow Viewer window.
