The Noncustodial Parent Detail page is used to send referrals to Child Support Services (CSS). A CSS referral is sent when an approved Foster Care Program EDBC is saved. Referrals are required for both the parent(s) from whom the child was removed and the absent parent(s). Complete as much information as is known regarding the Noncustodial Parents.
