Left click the drop-down caret next to the Documents button on the Perceptive Content toolbar then select KEES Unknown Case Documents. The Perceptive Content Explorer window opens.
Use Quick Search parameters to retrieve desired document to re-index. See Search for Unknown Case Documents for detailed steps.
Double click the document the user wants to view. The document opens in the Perceptive Content Viewer window.
Click the View tab on the top left side of the Perceptive Content Viewer window then select Forms from the drop-down menu or use the shortcut key F12. The KEES Indexing eForm displays.
Enter the Case Number and press the Tab key. The Case Name auto-populates.
Update the Document Category and Doc Type if needed.
Click the eForm Submit button to assign the images to the designated case.
A pop up window stating “Are you sure you want to route this document forward in workflow to the KEES Doc Reindex Queue?” displays. Click the OK button.
Close the Perceptive Content Viewer window.
