Re-index Documents

Users should always be on the Case Summary page that corresponds to the case number where the user wants the document to end up before opening a document requiring re-indexing in the Perceptive Content Viewer window.

Users with access to the Perceptive Content Indexing eForm have the ability to re-index documents as needed.

NOTE: Users without access to the Indexing eForm may locate documents requiring re-indexing but DO NOT have the ability to re-index a document utilizing the Indexing eForm.

Re-Index Document with Unknown Case Number or After Indexing to Incorrect Case

Example: A user captures a document with an unknown case number OR a user mistakenly scans a document while viewing the wrong Case Summary page in the KEES.

The steps and procedures for re-indexing a document are identical to using the Indexing eForm to index a document for the first time.
