Persons or entities that provide services or activities and receive payments are created in the Resource Databank (RDB) via the SMART Interface. The SMART Interface creates an Active SMART Vendor resource with a SMART Vendor Service type. The Resource Databank Maintainer is responsible for adding, editing and closing any activities for the SMART Provider.
