Setting Default Application Plan

Prior to scanning, set the default application plan to the plan most used for the type of documents being scanned.  This will ensure the highest efficiency and decrease the amount of required “clicks” when scanning a large volume of documents.

  1. Access Perceptive Content.

  2. Left click the drop-down caret next to the Applications button on the Perceptive Content toolbar.

  3. Right click the application plan the user would like set as a default, e.g., KEES Case.

  4. Left click the Set as Default Action.

The table below lists and describes Perceptive Content Application Plans.
