Setting Default Capture Profile

Prior to scanning, set the default capture profile.

  1. Access Perceptive Content.

  2. Left click the drop-down caret for the Capture button on the Perceptive Content Toolbar.

  3. Right click the appropriate capture profile to set as a default, e.g., Package Mode.

  4. Left click the Set as Default Action.

Package Mode Utilized when a group of documents are captured at one time and separated out by document type in Perceptive Content.
IN Printer - Case Utilized when electronically printing documents that have a Case Number in KEES.
IN Printer - Case - PPS

Utilized when electronically printing PPS documents that have a Case Number in KEES.

IN Printer - Case LIEAP

Utilized when electronically printing LIEAP documents that have a Case Number in KEES.

IN Printer - Case No Task

Utilized when electronically printing documents that have a Case Number in KEES. “No Task” does not trigger a task to be created for a user upon printing the document.

IN Printer - DCF Non-Medical

Do Not Use.

IN Printer – Unknown Case – DCF

Utilized when electronically printing a DCF document but the case number is unknown.
IN Printer – Unknown Case – KDHE Utilized when electronically printing a KDHE document but the case number is unknown.

IN Printer – RDB

Utilized when electronically printing documents to a Provider.
IN Printer – RDB No Task Utilized when electronically printing documents to a Provider. “No Task” does not trigger a task to be created for a user upon printing the document.
IN Printer – RDB Unknown Utilized when electronically printing documents to an unknown RDB Provider.
