Updating Approved Children - Denied

When the Approved Child Status is updated KEES notifies EES Eligibility of the decision via task. This process must start within the context of the Provider Resource Detail. For more information on accessing the Resource Detail page, see Searching the Resource Databank.

To Update Approved Children - Denied

  1. Within the context of the relative child care provider Resource Detail, select Approved Children from Task Navigation. The Approved Children List page displays.

  2. Click the Edit button for the appropriate child. The Approved Child Detail page displays.

  3. Select Denied from the Status drop-down menu.

  4. Click the Save and Return button. The Approved Children List page displays.

NOTE: It is necessary to complete the Adding Approved Children – Denied steps for each child included as part of the provider denial.
