Verification List Page

The Verification List page displays all verifications for any individual on a case. This page is also used to Edit a Verification Record, Add a Verification Record, Remove a Verification Record, and Generate a Request for Verification Form.

To navigate to the Verifications List page, follow these steps:

  1. Access the case through Person Search or enter the Case Number in the quick search field from Task Navigation and click Go. The Case Summary page displays.

  2. Select Eligibility from Global Navigation. Select Customer Information from Local Navigation. Select Verifications from Task Navigation. The Verification List page displays.

NOTE:  Do not use the Verify button located at the bottom of the Verification List page. This button only marks a record as Verified. This button does not update any of the page information or record a Source value. The user should always navigate to the Data Collection page to record the information the consumer has provided.
