Verify Repayment of Recovery Accounts from EBT Benefits

To verify the repayment of a Recovery Account from EBT Benefits:

1. Select Fiscal from Global Navigation.

2. Select Collections from Local Navigation. The Recovery Account Search page displays.

3. Complete a search for an existing Recovery Account.

4. Select the Recovery Account by clicking the Recovery Account Number hyperlink. The Recovery Account Detail displays.

5. Select Transaction Summary from Task Navigation. The Transaction Summary page displays any transactions on the Recovery Account. Click the Transaction Number hyperlink to view the Transaction Detail page.

6. Once the transaction is verified send the V808 using the standard copy and paste text for ‘Recovery Account Balance Change-Paid with EBT Benefits’. See Manual NOA Generation.

NOTE: If the Transaction does not display the user may check the EBT Edge System - Transaction Search page to verify the EBT Repayment processed.
