NOTE: SSP Users cannot ‘Add a Program’ but can ‘Add a Person’ when submitting an e-Review.
If an e-App was submitted during a case Review month complete the following as applicable.
Review the e-App Summary Page and e-App PDF.
Link the e-App to case.
Update Address, Add Program and/or Program People.
On the ‘Review and IR/12 Month Reporting List’ page manually update the ‘Review Document Status’ to ‘Received’ and enter the received date. See Manually Updating the Review Document Status for detailed steps.
Re-Index all Documents in ImageNow.
Re-Index e-App PDF to Application’ Document type and add notes in ImageNow.
Run EDBC with the RE Run Reason.
Update the Application Registration task to ‘DCF-Complete’. Verify the Processing Task Automatically generated is assigned to the correct Queue/BPM Team. If necessary ‘Reassign’ the Task to the correct Queue/BPM Team. See Reassigning a Task.
Add the task to the Tracker.
