e-Application Linked to the Wrong Case - LIEAP
This process should be followed when a LIEAP e-Application has been linked to the wrong case number.
NOTE: Prior to completing the following steps the LIEAP case should be registered to the correct case.
NOTE: e-Applications can only be linked to one case.
- Navigate to the e-Application Summary page needing to be corrected.
- Click the ‘Link e-App to Case’ button. The Registration Person Search Results page displays.
- Click the radio button for the correct consumer and click the Use Selected Person button.
- The Registration Person Detail page displays.
- Click the Continue button. The Previous Case List page displays. Select the correct case the e-App should be linked.
- If there are additional applicants to register, click the Add Person button to repeat STEP 3 – STEP 6.
- If all applicants have been registered, the Save and Continue button displays. Click the Button.
- Negative Action all Programs in Pending or Active Status Registered in Error.
- Add a Journal Entry on both cases. See Adding a Journal Entry.
- Re-Index all Documents to the correct case. See Indexing eForm – LIEAP .
- Void any task created on the case linked in error and manually create any Task on the correct case. See Task Management – LIEAP.
