1. Reject the ‘New’ Other Program Assistance (OPA) record and continue with normal processing.

   NOTE: If a new case was created and an OPA record was created automatically, accept the record and request it be removed by a Lead or Supervisor.

   NOTE: The RMT should be set to MAGI. See Add/Update Requested Medical Type – Medical.

2. Process according to Family Medical.
