Eligibility Workers process these reviews with the information already in KEES. A formal review application is not sent to the consumer. Additional action is only needed on these particular reviews if the consumer returns the KC1700 Passive Elderly and Disabled Review form stating that their case information has changed.
If the KC1700 Passive Elderly and Disabled Review form is returned with case changes, follow current procedures and process the changes.
NOTE: Users are able to add/edit a record on the Review and IR/12 Month Reporting List page to indicate if necessary.
Access the case through Person Search or enter the Case Number in the quick search field from Task Navigation and click Go.

Run EDBC with a Run Reason of Passive Response. See Running EDBC for detailed steps.
