The purpose of this page is to show the user:
That the Request Verification call was/was not successful
The responses for each of Interface calls
NOTE: The Real Time Interface page only displays calls made by a worker, and not those handled by No-Touch.
To see additional details on specific request items, the verification details and history pages will still need to be utilized.
NOTE: The Interface Responses may not be instantaneous and may take a couple of seconds to display.
NOTE: It is not necessary to select both Vital Statistics and Vital Statistics US Citizenship for a consumer.
NOTE: A successful response received from SSA doesn't mean that all of the individual's demographics (SSN, DOB, Identity, and Citizenship) have also been verified. The worker will need to refer back to the Data Collection pages to confirm which of the individual's demographic information has been verified.
NOTE: Specific Income records will need to be reviewed on the corresponding Reasonable Compatibility Test Detail page. The Verification Detail page should also be reviewed to determine the Income record was updated correctly.
NOTE: It is necessary to select the Income Type on the Verification List page for each person you need to verify income for.
A Response of Success: Activity Found will return if anything is found for the SSN being used to call the following Interfaces:
KDOL UC
KDOL Wages
KPERS
SDX
TALX
If SDX return a Response of Success: Activity Found workers will need to verify SSI income.
If KPERS returns a Response of Success: Activity Found subsequent verification steps need to be followed per Policy.
KDOL UC will create Income records if activity is found within 6 weeks of the Request.
KDOL Wages will base Reasonable Compatibility on wages received in the most recent of the two prior quarters of wage data.
TALX will base Reasonable Compatibility on the last 30 days of wages received in the three prior months of wage data.
